Overnight dried white fish
Put 3% salted water and kelp in a bowl and soak the white fish for at least 5 minutes.
Remove into colanders and dry overnight.
Place aluminum foil on the net and apply a thin layer of salad oil. Place the white fish one by one so that they do not overlap.
Bake in an oven heated to 250°C for about 10 minutes. Just add a slight browning to the surface.
Place slices of lemon in a bowl and arrange the white fish on top. Finish with lemon juice and finish off.
