Mixed soba noodles with serene and bacon

Add the sauce ingredients to a heated bowl and mix well.

Boil the Chinese noodles in boiling water for about 2 to 2.5 minutes.

Place a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and fry the bacon. Add the sliced selves that have become lightly browned and [A], lightly stir-fry, and remove from heat.

Once the noodles are boiled, drain the water with a colander and then transfer to a bowl.

Place [3] on top of the noodles and pour pepper on it if you like.
