Mixed soba noodles with parsley and bacon
Add the sauce ingredients to a warm bowl and mix well
Boil the Chinese noodles in boiling water for 2 to 2.5 minutes
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over high heat and fry the bacon. Once lightly browned, add the roughly chopped parsley and [A], stir fry lightly, and remove from heat
Once the noodles are cooked, drain them in a colander and then transfer them to a bowl
Place (3) on top of the noodles and finish by sprinkling pepper to taste
