Nishin soba

This dish is often eaten as a local food in Hokkaido and Kyoto. You can enjoy the sweetly simmered nishin and soba noodles. I used stewed fried chicken for the meat simmered, but if there is none, you can substitute a commercially available stewed stew of stewed stew.
