Steamed Chinese cabbage mille-feuille
Place one slice of pork belly on one piece of Chinese cabbage, sprinkle with salt and coarsely ground black pepper, and layer on top of each other
Cut 1 into 4 equal pieces and place in a silicone steamer so that the cut sides are visible. Sprinkle with parsley and white wine, top with diced tomatoes, pour soy sauce over and cover
Heat in the microwave (600W) for 13 minutes, steam for 5 minutes, then serve on a plate and sprinkle with green onions
