Steamed Chinese cabbage mille-feuille
Place one pork belly on one Chinese cabbage, add salt, coarsely smelt black pepper, and layer it.
Cut 1 into 4 equal parts and place in a silicon steamer so that the cut ends are visible, sprinkle with parsley and white wine, chop the tomatoes into cubes, pour over soy sauce and cover with lid.
Heat in the microwave (600W) for 13 minutes, steam for 5 minutes, then serve on a plate, sprinkle with green onions and you're done.
