This dish is an adaptation of the chicken soup that comes out when making "Nanban-style Chicken Wings." I kept it simple this time, but it's also delicious when you add other ingredients

How to make it

The water used to boil chicken wings in Nanban style (see separate recipe) is used as chicken soup

Put the chicken broth in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, seasoning with salt and pepper

Remove from heat and pour into serving bowls. Top with chopped green onions and drop in a quail's egg to finish
