Chicken Japanese-style soup

The boiled soup that came out when making chicken wings Nanban style (see a different recipe) is used as chicken soup.

Put chicken soup in a small pot, heat it, and season with salt and pepper.

Remove from the heat and pour into a bowl. Top with chopped green onions and drop the quail eggs and complete the process.
