Japanese-style chicken soup
The water used to boil chicken wings in Nanban style (see separate recipe) is used as chicken soup
Put the chicken broth in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, seasoning with salt and pepper
Remove from heat and pour into serving bowls. Top with chopped green onions and drop in a quail's egg to finish
