Shrimp garlic flavor
Wash the shrimp with water and use a bamboo skewer to remove the back cotton. Slice the garlic into thin slices 2mm thick.
Add olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and add butter when it smells.
Add the shrimp, salt, coarsely smelt black pepper, add brandy, flambé (fire to add flavor), and add A.
Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with arugula and lemon and it's done.
