Shrimp garlic flavor

Always remove the shrimp's back cotton. Do not place butter in the frying pan from the beginning. It will oxidize and become less tasty.
How to make it

Wash the shrimp with water and use a bamboo skewer to remove the back cotton. Slice the garlic into thin slices 2mm thick.

Add olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and add butter when it smells.

Add the shrimp, salt, coarsely smelt black pepper, add brandy, flambé (fire to add flavor), and add A.

Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with arugula and lemon and it's done.
