Crispy Fried Chicken

Remove the skin and streaks of the chicken breast and cut into 25g each slice.

Place in a bowl, add salt and soy sauce and lightly knead to season.

Apply the batter in the order of flour, beaten eggs, and raw bread crumbs.

Place in deep frying oil heated to 170°C, then take it out onto a net after about 30 seconds, and cook it over the remaining heat for about 2 minutes.

Place again in frying oil heated to 170°C, and once it has a moderately deep-fried color, remove it on a net and drain the oil.

Serve in a bowl and topped with beeman or sliced red peppers if desired.

Serve with a sauce made with minced onion, green, yellow and red paprika and ketchup.
