Mushrooms simmered in tomatoes
Cut the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes into two pieces.
Heat a frying pan with salad oil and add the cherry tomatoes and fry. Once the oil has spread throughout, add the mushrooms.
Add the kelp broth and bring to a boil and turn it to a low heat. Add the white miso and ketchup and mix.
Once everything is mixed, remove from the heat and serve in a bowl. Finish with green paste and finish.
