Mushrooms simmered in tomatoes

The mushrooms and cherry tomatoes are the ingredients, and although the ingredients are Western-style, we added white miso to the secret ingredient to create a Japanese-style taste.

How to make it

Cut the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes into two pieces.

Heat a frying pan with salad oil and add the cherry tomatoes and fry. Once the oil has spread throughout, add the mushrooms.

Add the kelp broth and bring to a boil and turn it to a low heat. Add the white miso and ketchup and mix.

Once everything is mixed, remove from the heat and serve in a bowl. Finish with green paste and finish.
