Mushrooms stewed in tomato sauce
Cut the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes in half each
Heat a frying pan with salad oil, add cherry tomatoes and fry until evenly coated with oil, then add mushrooms
Add the kelp stock and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Add the white miso and ketchup and mix
Once everything is mixed, remove from the heat and serve in a serving dish. Finish by topping with green laver
