Mushroom clay steamed
This dish offers the aroma and texture of mushrooms. Adjust the amount of kelp broth you will use to suit the size of the earthenware.
How to make it

Put mushrooms, kelp stock, light soy sauce, and sake in a clay pot dish, pour it over a steamer and steam for about 10 minutes.

Remove from the steamer and serve with the mites and sashimi leaves to finish.
