Grilled eggs with mushrooms
Slice the mushrooms into thin slices of about 2-3 mm.
Heat the frying pan, add mayonnaise and mushrooms and fry. Once the mushrooms are shrinking, add dark soy sauce and transfer to a bowl.
Break the eggs into the bowl of [2] and mix well.
Sprinkle olive oil in a clean frying pan, heat it, and pour in half of the amount of [3]. Once it hardens, peel it off with a rubber spatula and move it to one side.
Pour the remaining egg mixture into the empty space and shape it with a rubber spatula to make it into pieces. Brown the entire inside out.
Take it out on the crimson and shape it into a square shape.
Cut into easy-to-eat sizes and serve in a bowl. Topped with shichimi chili peppers if you like it and complete it.
