Tofu roe
Cut the silken tofu into 3mm squares and soak in water
Add [A] to a pot and heat. Once heated, add the sliced tofu
Mix gently so as not to break up the tofu, then add water-dissolved potato starch to thicken the mixture. Top with green laver to taste
