Edamame miso soup

Rub the edamame with salt and rinse under running water to remove the fine hairs on the surface
Put edamame and bonito stock in a pot and heat
Once the edamame beans are cooked through, turn off the heat and add the miso, straining it into the pot
Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
