Sake-fried lobster
The lobster is cut off its head and put it in a steamer, soak it in ice water, then remove the shell.
Half the flesh lengthwise and then cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix the sake stove and kelp broth.
Place thinly sliced onions in an iron bowl, place the lobster meat on top, and pour the sake stolen paste over them.
