Peach and celery salad
Remove the tough outer skin from the celery and slice it
Slice the onion and place in a bowl
Peel the peaches and cut them into 5mm wedges (cutting the citrus fruit segments towards the seeds)
2) Add to a bowl
Put the seasonings (A) into a bowl, mix well, and serve on a plate. Garnish with green onions
