Pumpkin pasta
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and boil the spaghetti slightly longer than indicated. (Approximately: 3 minutes longer than the displayed time)
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, cover with plastic wrap and place in the microwave for 3 minutes. Chop the onions roughly, cut the bacon into 5mm squares, and cut the fruit tomatoes into small pieces.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan, fry the bacon over low heat, and then fry the onions. Add pumpkin, add fruit tomatoes and hot water and mix.
Add the boiled spaghetti to 3 and mix. Finish with parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley.
