Pumpkin pasta
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and boil the spaghetti for a little longer than the recommended time. (Guideline: 3 minutes longer than the recommended time.)
Cut the pumpkin into small chunks, wrap it in plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes. Roughly chop the onion, cut the bacon into 5mm cubes, and cut the cherry tomatoes into small chunks
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan, fry the bacon over low heat, then fry the onion. Add the pumpkin, cherry tomatoes, and hot water and mix
Add the boiled spaghetti to step 3 and mix well. Finish by adding Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper, and sprinkling with parsley
