Aioli is a sauce made by mixing crushed garlic, egg yolk, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Its light flavor makes it perfect for bland ingredients like seafood and cooked vegetables. This is a dish that can be made ahead of time.
How to make it

Add 1/3 of A and vinegar in a bowl and mix. Put the olive oil and salad oil in a separate container.

Add the combined olive oil and salad oil little by little to mix it constantly in the bowl 1. Add the remaining vinegar in two portions.
