Mushroom meat sauce

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into quarters
Boil the spaghetti until it is slightly firm. (Approximately: about 1 minute before the displayed time)
While boiling the spaghetti, put A in a frying pan and heat over high heat, then turn low heat until the garlic is boiling and fry until golden brown.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until softened, then add the meat sauce and spaghetti cooking water (about 50ml) and stir-fry
Add the boiled spaghetti and olive oil (2 tablespoons) and stir-fry, then remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese (5 tablespoons)
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese
