Mushroom meat sauce

How to make it

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into 4 equal parts.

Boil the spaghetti until it is slightly firm. (Approximately: about 1 minute before the displayed time)

While boiling the spaghetti, put A in a frying pan and heat over high heat, then turn low heat until the garlic is boiling and fry until golden brown.

Add the shiitake mushrooms and fry until soft, then add meat sauce and spaghetti boiling soup (about 50ml) and fry.

Add boiled spaghetti and olive oil (2 tablespoons) and stir-fry, remove from the heat and pour in cheese (5 tablespoons).

Place on a plate and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top to finish.
