Grilled zucchini

Zucchini cooks quickly, so be careful not to overheat. If you don't have a grill pan, it can be delicious whether you grill it in a frying pan or fry it.
How to make it

Cut the zucchini into 1cm pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake in a grill pan over high heat until both sides are browned.

Cut the garlic into thin slices and the basil into thick shredded pieces, about 5mm.
