Chilled Kiwi Pasta
For cappelini, if you put one noodles in ice water and the noodles go straight down the moment you lift them, it's a guideline that they're cooked.

Boil water in a pot, add salt (so that it is 1% salt in the water) and boil the cappelini for 2 minutes.

Cool the noodles from [2] with ice water and drain well with a colander.
