Fried lotus root meat
Mix A and sandwich between two pieces of lotus root.
Pour flour → egg → tempura flour into [1].
Fry in oil between 160-170°C. (Approximately 3.5 minutes)
Mix B to make the sauce.
Serve with fried lotus root, cut in half, and shredded cabbage, pour in the sauce from [4] and serve with mustard.
