Eringi's miscellaneous dishes
By covering the eggs immediately after adding them, you can get a fluffy egg.
How to make it

Cut the green onions at small, diagonal angles and melt the eggs.

Add the cooked rice to make eringi soup. Once it's boiling, turn off the heat, spin the eggs, add the green onions, and immediately cover.

Once the eggs are half-boiled, place them on a plate.
