Lotus root pancakes ~Pizza style~
Mix flour, water and egg yolk in a bowl
Once [1] is mixed, add olive oil (5cc) and then add A and mix
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and butter to a heated frying pan, and once the butter has melted, spoon the batter from [2] into the pan and cook on both sides (about 3 minutes over medium heat)
Transfer [3] to a tray and top each pan with 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce, 10g of mozzarella cheese, and a pinch of Parmesan cheese, then drizzle olive oil (as needed) over the entire surface
Place in the oven and bake at 200°C for about 3 minutes until the cheese is melted
Garnish with Italian parsley and place on a plate. Place three lotus root chips and one slice of prosciutto on each plate, then drizzle with olive oil (as needed)
