Bake lotus root - Pizza style
Add the flour, water and egg yolk in a bowl and mix.
Once [1] is mixed, add olive oil (5cc), add A and mix.
Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil and butter in a heated frying pan, and when the butter has melted, drop the dough from [2] into the frying pan with a spoon and bake both sides. (About 3 minutes on medium heat)
Transfer [3] to a batter, pour 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce, 10g of mozzarella cheese, and a pinch of Parmesan cheese on each slice, and pour olive oil (an appropriate amount) all over.
Place in the oven and bake at 200°C for about 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
Pour it with Italian parsley and serve on a plate, place three lotus root chips per piece, one prosciutto, and pour in olive oil (an appropriate amount).
