Bake lotus root - Pizza style

Lotus root contains starch, so it hardens when heated. This recipe will allow you to bake about 7-8 pieces.

How to make it

Add the flour, water and egg yolk in a bowl and mix.

Place in the oven and bake at 200°C for about 3 minutes until the cheese melts.

Pour it with Italian parsley and serve on a plate, place three lotus root chips per piece, one prosciutto, and pour in olive oil (an appropriate amount).
