How to make it

Put mirin in a pot, bring to a boil, and let it boil for about a half minutes.

Put soy sauce and dashi in the pot in [1] to make soba soup.

Add the pork and kimchi, mix and cook the pork.

Add the boiled soba noodles, mix lightly, and serve in a bowl and add the green onions to complete.
