Chinese cabbage black sesame seeds
Since we use mortars to make sesame seeds without using a mortar, there is no need to wash them and there is no need to worry.
It is a good idea to keep the bag in double layers to prevent tearing.
Place the black sesame seeds in a plastic bag or something and smash them with an empty bottle or something to shatter.
Put the black sesame seeds in a bowl, add the sugar, dark soy sauce and mirin and mix. (You can also add seasonings directly into the plastic bag [1] and rub them in.)
Cut the pickled Chinese cabbage as thin as possible, at right angles to the fibers.
Add Chinese cabbage to the sesame seeds, mix and serve in a bowl and complete the dish.
