Steamed maitake mushrooms
Put the loosened maitake mushrooms with your hands in a pot, add the ingredients from [A], and cover them and heat them. Steam and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, make tomato sauce. Cut the fruit tomatoes into small dice, place them in a bowl, add all the tomato sauce seasonings and mix them.
Remove the steamed grill from [1] from the heat and remove the heat. (If you don't have time, you can soak the pot in ice water as shown in the photo.)
Place the cold maitake mushrooms in a bowl and place the tomato sauce you've made on top to finish.
