White sesame dressing salad with persimmon and shrimp

This dish is rich in flavor thanks to the generous use of sesame seeds.
Cutting the persimmon and daikon radish to the same size also improves its appearance.
How to make it

Cut the persimmon and radish into 1.5cm cubes.

After making the chopsticks into sesame seeds in a mortar, add the kneaded sesame seeds and rub them together well.
