Stewed turnip and pork
Please check the temperature and adjust the heat retention time.
Peel the turnip and soak it in water. Chop the ginger finely.
Add all the seed ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Holl out the center of the turnip in [1] with a small lightweight spoon and drill a hole. Apply an appropriate amount of potato starch (not included in the amount) to the holes.
Pack [2] into the hole in the cover.
Put all the broth seasonings and the veggies in a rice cooker and cook for 20 minutes. (If you have turnip leaves, it's a good idea to add them here. Of course, you can also add the remaining turnips and minced meat.)
After 20 minutes, if steam is coming out of the rice cooker, it's fine. After that, keep it warm for about 10 minutes and place in a dish to finish.
