Stewed turnip and pork
Please adjust the keep-warm time according to your situation.
Peel the turnip and soak it in water. Finely chop the ginger
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix
Use a small measuring spoon to scoop out the center of the turnip (1) and make a hole. Coat the hole with a suitable amount of potato starch (not included in the recipe)
[2] Stuff it into the hole in the cap
Put all the seasonings for the broth and the turnip into a rice cooker and cook for 20 minutes. (If you have turnip leaves, you can add them at this point. Of course, you can also add the remaining hollowed-out turnip and minced meat.)
After 20 minutes, if steam is coming out of the rice cooker, it's ready. Keep warm for about 10 minutes, then serve in a serving dish
