Rape blossom frit
The frit made with tempura flour is crispy and recommended.
Mix all the ingredients for the batter in a bowl and make tempura.
Lightly sprinkle the raw rape flowers with cake flour, then dip them into the prepared batter, fry them in high-temperature oil for about a minute and a half, then remove them in a batter. The shrimp are then dipped into the batter and fry for 1.5 minutes.
