Rape blossom fritters
The fries made with tempura flour are crispy and highly recommended.
Mix all the batter ingredients together in a bowl to make the tempura batter
Lightly coat the raw rape blossoms in plain flour, then dip them in the batter and fry in hot oil for about 1.5 minutes before removing to a tray. Dip the shrimp in the batter and fry for 1.5 minutes
Sprinkle a moderate amount of salt from a high place, then layer the pieces on a plate to finish
