How to make it

Add 1 tablespoon sugar to the fresh cream and set it up. Cut one strawberry in half lengthwise and mix with an appropriate amount of Amaou jam and coat it.

Cut the castella easily and place it on a plate. Place fresh cream on top and add the strawberries from [1].

Cut the remaining one strawberry into small pieces, coat it with jam, and then serve it next to the castella to finish.
