Strawberry Bavaria

Soak the gelatin in 50cc of hot water. (Or pour it over a hot water bath to dissolve it.)

Add milk, fresh cream, strawberry jam and melted gelatin to a bowl and mix it all together and place in a blender.

Once mixed well, pour it into a bowl and chill in the fridge to harden.

Place strawberries and jam (not included) on the hardened bavarois and it's finished.
