Strawberry Bavaria

Soak the gelatin in 50cc of hot water (or dissolve it in a hot water bath)
Add milk, cream, strawberry jam, and dissolved gelatin to a bowl, mix well, and then put into a blender
Once thoroughly mixed, pour into a container and chill in the refrigerator until solidified
Top the set bavarois with strawberries and jam (not included in the recipe) and it's done
