Strawberry jelly

Put 1 liter of white wine in a pot and simmer for about 10 minutes, then thoroughly remove the alcohol content. (It will be about 800cc when boiled.)
Add the white wine, boiled white sugar and gelatin that has been recycled with water and mix well.
Once the gelatin has dissolved, pour it into a bowl and chill in the fridge to harden.
Place strawberries cut into easy-to-eat sizes in a bowl and pour an appropriate amount of strawberry jam over it. Pour hardened jelly over top and complete it. (Gold leaf adds a gorgeous look.)
