Strawberry jelly

Add 1 liter of white wine to a pot and boil for about 10 minutes to thoroughly evaporate the alcohol. (When boiled, the volume will be about 800cc.)
Add the caster sugar and gelatin soaked in water to the boiled white wine and mix well
Once the gelatin has dissolved, pour it into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator until solidified
Place the strawberries cut into bite-sized pieces in a bowl and pour a moderate amount of strawberry jam on top. Pour the set jelly on top and it's done. (Adding gold leaf on top will give it a luxurious look.)
