New Onion Spaghetti

Chop the new onions into small pieces and slowly fry olive oil and garlic in a heated frying pan. Once the onions are transparent and tender, add tomato sauce, simmer a little, then place in a blender. (This will give you a smooth sauce, but if you want to enjoy the texture of the onion, you can just leave it like this.)

Toss the boiled pasta slightly hardened with the sauce. Add Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to this and mix well, turn off the heat, add the diced mozzarella cheese and melt the cheese with the remaining heat. (If the whole thing is hard, add a small amount of boiling water and blend it in and thicken it.)

Place on a plate and topped with shredded basil leaves and Parmesan cheese.
