Grilled eggs with crab meat
Cut the white onions into thin, diagonal slices. Shall away the crab meat.
Add eggs, crab meat, green onions, liquor, salt and pepper to a bowl and stir well.
Pour 1 tablespoon of salad oil into a frying pan heated over high heat, stirring [2] well, pour it.
Fry with balls, mixing in circles.
Shaking the frying pan, finish it round and shape it to finish. Sprinkle with green onions (not included in the portions) if desired.
