Grilled eggs with crab meat
Cut the white onion into thin diagonal slices and shred the crab meat.
Put the eggs, crab meat, white onion, sake, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan over high heat and pour in (2) while stirring well.
Stir-fry while stirring in a circular motion with a ladle.
Shake the frying pan to form a round shape, then finish. Sprinkle with green onions (not included in the recipe) to taste.
