Stir-fried edamame
Boil the edamame in boiling water with a small amount of salt (not included) added for 2-3 minutes to remove the skin and thin skin. Chop the bacon, garlic and red peppers into small pieces.
Fry garlic, red chili peppers and bacon in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of perfume oil to give it a aroma.
[2] add sake and Chinese soup and simmer it to bring out the flavor of the bacon.
Season with salt, pepper and sugar, add the edamame and simmer until the broth is half-full, then thicken it with water-dissolved potato starch.
To finish off, add a small amount of scallion oil to add a scent, then place it on a plate to complete the dish.
