Green onion char skew

Shredded ginger.

Chop the white onions roughly.

Slice the onions thinly along the fibers and expose them to running water to remove the spicy flavor and remove the water.

Cut the char siu thinly and layer it into thin slices.

Mix all the ginger cut into bowls, white green onions, char siu, and the pre-added [A].

Place the onion from [3] on a plate and place [5] on it to finish. Serve with cilantro and red chili if you like.
