Cold pasta with olive and shiso leaf paste

This refreshing cold pasta dish is super easy to make, as all you have to do is mix it in a bowl
How to make it

Start boiling the spaghettini. Mix the spaghettini with olive oil, shiso paste, and diced cherry tomatoes in a bowl

Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the bowl in (1) and season with a little salt and Italian parsley

Place on a plate, top with shiso leaves and black olives, and you're done

  • Spaghettini
    180g
  • Olive Oil Ardoino Extra Virgin
    2 tbsp
  • Olive and shiso leaves paste
    60g
  • diced fruit tomatoes
    1 piece (80g)
  • salt
    Small amount
  • Italian parsley chopped
    1 tablespoon
  • black olives for finishing
    Small amount
  • shiso leaves for finishing (soak in water)
