Cold pasta with olive and shiso leaves paste
Refreshing cold pasta. It's very easy to make because you just mix it in a bowl.
How to make it

Start boiling the spaghettini. Toss olive oil, shiso leaf paste, and diced fruit tomatoes in a bowl.

Once the pasta is cooked, add a bowl of [1], add a little salt and Italian parsley to season it.

Place on a plate and topped with shiso leaves and black olives, and it's finished.
