Stir-fried char siu with eggs
This dish is packed with the fluffy eggs and char siu.
How to make it

Chop the char siu roughly. Cut the assatsuki into small pieces as well.

Add the chopped char siu, clam, boiled sansho pepper and salt into beaten eggs and mix well.

Pour [2] into a frying pan with salad oil.

Heat until half-boiled and shape with ladles.

Transfer to a plate to finish.
