Stir-fried char siu with eggs
Cut the pork slices into coarse pieces. Also chop the chives into small pieces
Add chopped pork, chives, boiled Japanese pepper, and salt to the beaten eggs and mix well
Pour (2) into a frying pan with heated salad oil
Cook until half-cooked and shape with a ladle
Slide onto a plate and it's done
