How to make it

Cook the rice to a firmer state. Melt the eggs in advance. Chop the white onions into small pieces.

Spread the beaten eggs in a frying pan with salad oil heated to medium heat and quickly add the rice.

Before the eggs have hardened, use the back of the ladle to beat the rice and eggs to make them evenly mixed.

The whole thing is integrated while stirring the frying pan.

Once the rice is completely loosened, add salt and white scallions and stir-fry, add the Chinese soup from the pot and stir over high heat. Once the rice is ready, it's finished.
