How to make it

Cut the beef into 5cm cubes. Cut the green onions to fit the beef

Thread the beef and green onions alternately onto the skewers, season with salt and coarsely ground black pepper, spread with A, and sprinkle with chili pepper

Heat olive oil (2 tablespoons) in a frying pan, fry 1 on both sides and remove from the frying pan

Add B to the frying pan in step 2 and simmer until thickened, then place the skewers on a plate and pour the sauce over them to finish
