Stir-fried clams and bean sprouts
Arrange five clams in a frying pan, add 50cc of water, then cover with aluminum foil and heat.
After a while, when the clam mouth opens, remove it on a cutting board, remove it from its shell, and cut it in half.
Warm the remaining juice in the frying pan, add the bean sprouts and fry.
Once the bean sprouts are soft, add sesame oil and cut clams, and stir-fry quickly to finish.
