Sea bream tea rice

How to make it

Thinly slice the sea bream into bite-sized pieces

Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl to make the sauce

Coat the sea bream in the sauce and place it on top of the rice

Garnish with wasabi and mitsuba and pour over the dashi stock
