Chicken wing sauce
Mix the sauce ingredients well in a bowl
Marinate the chicken wings in the sauce for 1 to 2 hours. Once the flavor has soaked in, coat the wings with potato starch. (Do not discard the sauce; keep it aside.)
Deep fry in oil heated to 175°C for about 2 minutes, then remove and let rest for 1 minute
Drop back into the oil and fry for 30 seconds
Heat the sauce that the chicken wings have been marinated in in a frying pan. Once it thickens, mix it with the fried chicken wings and it's done
