Chicken wing sauce
Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
Soak the chicken wings in the sauce for about 1 to 2 hours. Once the flavor has soaked in, sprinkle the whole with potato starch. (Do not throw away the sauce)
Fry in oil heated to 175 degrees for about 2 minutes, remove once, and rest for 1 minute.
Drop it in oil again and fry for about 30 seconds.
Heat the sauce with the chicken wings in a frying pan. Once the thickened flavor is reached, mix with the fried chicken wings mentioned earlier and it's finished.
