Burdock agar soup

Use parboiled burdock root. (If possible, parboil it and then soak it in the basic vegetable soup to absorb the flavor.)
Cut the burdock root into thin slices. Soak the agar threads in water and drain
Heat the vegetable soup in a pot, add the burdock and agar and simmer gently
Season with salt and it's done
