Steamed swordfish and ginger flavored
Cut the swordfish into pieces that are easy to eat.
Add the seasoning of [A] to the swordfish, knead it well by hand, and let it sit for a few minutes. Once the flavor has soaked, add water-soluble potato starch and knead it further.
Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with green onions and steam them in a steamer for about 5 minutes.
Once it's cooked in, it's finished. (There are differences in thickness and other factors, so please check the steaming time to adjust.)
