Stir-fried hairtail fish
Cut the hairtail into slightly larger chunks and make cuts along the skin
Combine the swordfish and [A] in a bowl and mix well
Heat oil and deep fry the seasoned swordfish until golden brown on both sides
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the thinly sliced white onions and roasted seaweed. Add a little salt (not included in the recipe) to taste
Place the fried [4] on a plate and top with the fried swordfish
