Stir-fried swordfish

Cut the swordfish into a slightly larger slice. Make a cut into the skin.

Combine the swordfish and [A] into a bowl and knead it well.

Heat the oil and fry the seasoned swordfish slowly until both sides are golden brown.

In a frying pan with sesame oil, fry shredded white green onions and grilled seaweed. Add a small amount of salt (not included) to taste.

Place the fried [4] on a plate and place the fried swordfish on top and then it's finished.
