Stir-fried squid and white beans with sesame sauce
Make a cut inside the squid
Turn the squid sideways and make one deep cut. Move it slightly and make a second cut so that it opens up in the shape of a V
Add the seasoning ingredients to the squid in the order listed and mix thoroughly
Add enough water to cover the squid and 1 tablespoon of salad oil (not included in the recipe), bring to a boil, quickly boil the squid and drain
Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the ginger and white beans
Add the mixed ingredients (A) and boiled squid
When the aroma of sesame paste comes out, it's done
