Squid and white beans with shiba melon sauce
Make a cut inside the squid.
Turn the squid sideways and make a deep cut. Slightly shift it a little and cut it a second time. When opened, it becomes the shape of [V].
Add the ingredients from the [Purchase] in order to the squid and mix carefully while kneading.
Add enough water to soak the squid, and 1 tablespoon salad oil (not included in the amount), and once it boils, quickly boil the squid and drain.
Fry ginger and white beans in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of scallion oil.
Add the mixed [A] and boiled squid.
Once the aroma of Shiba Melassy is on, it's finished.
