Stir-fried squid, okra and turnip with black pepper

Cut the turnips into easy-to-eat sizes and pre-boil. Cut the okra into small pieces and quickly boil it.

Squid (pre-processed) has fine cuts on the inside. Cut into shredded pieces at right angles to the cutter, and mix carefully one by one of the ingredients for the marinade.

Add enough water to soak the squid, and 1 tablespoon salad oil (not included in the amount), and once it boils, quickly boil the squid and drain.

Add 1 tablespoon of scallion oil to a heated frying pan and add ginger, Chinese soup, turnip and okra and fry.

Once the okra is sticky, add pre-boiled squid, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry quickly.
