Stir-fried squid, okra and turnip with black pepper
Cut the turnip into bite-sized pieces and parboil. Cut the okra into small pieces and parboil briefly
Make small cuts on the inside of the prepared squid. Then, slice it into thin strips perpendicular to the cuts, and mix the seasoning ingredients in order, kneading them carefully one by one
Add enough water to cover the squid and 1 tablespoon of salad oil (not included in the recipe), bring to a boil, quickly boil the squid and drain
Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan, add ginger, Chinese soup, turnip, and okra and stir-fry
Once the okra has become sticky, add the pre-boiled squid, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry briefly to finish
