Make a cut inside the squid

Turn the squid sideways, cut it into thin strips, and mix the seasonings in order, kneading them carefully one by one

Add enough water to cover the squid and 1 tablespoon of salad oil (not included in the recipe), bring to a boil, quickly boil the squid and drain

Sauté the ginger in a pan heated with 1 tablespoon of scallion oil. Once fragrant, add the mixed ingredients from [A], the boiled squid, and the green onions, and stir-fry.
Once the sauce is evenly distributed, drizzle in the sesame oil to finish. Transfer to a plate and top with plenty of green onions (not included in the ingredients list) to complete.
