Preparing artichokes

After cutting off the hard stem of the artichoke, tear off the surrounding shark with your hands, peeling the petals. Peel it until the dark green part is gone.

If there are any hard sides from the stem to the base, remove them with a knife.

Cut in half horizontally and remove the cilia inside with a spoon or bamboo skewer.

Fill a bowl with water, add lemon juice, soak [3] for about 10 minutes and finish.

Then wipe off the water and use it in your favorite dish, such as baking or deep frying in the oven.
