Fried artichokes
The artichokes are fried to enclose their unique aroma and flavor. It's simple, but I recommend it because you can enjoy the flavor of the ingredients.
How to make it

Cut the prepared artichokes in half lengthwise and wipe off the water thoroughly.

Drop in hot oil and slowly fry for about 8 minutes.

Remove into a bowl and drain the oil, sprinkle salt and pepper and Italian parsley, and you're done.
